I have experience working with a variety of symptoms and a variety of clients. I work with children as young as 5, and work with adults across the lifespan. We treat the symptoms that influence your life and those around you including depression, anxiety, vocational stress, mood disorders, behavioral concerns, attentional problems, and interpersonal conflict with relationships.
I enjoy starting someone on their therapeutic journey, but I'm equally excited in the challenge when a previous therapy experience was not as beneficial as they would have liked it to be. I like to match the needs and strengths for my clients to my own skills and strengths.
